"Being backstabbed seems to be pretty common nowadays. It's a dog-eat-dog world in this modern age. Some rely on their own abilities while others prefer to use their conniving and manipulative ways because they do not have the exact capabiliy to achieve something.
In my opinion, why dignify their insults with responses and give them the satisfaction of getting u riled up? People backstab because they are envious of u. When the green eye monster rears its ugly head, it makes them feel insecure so they gossip and backstab the people they know...
Backstabbers are cowards and they go behind people's back because they are afraid of what might have happened if the person that they are backstabbing had found out before the damage is done. Backstabbing doesn't make u more attractive or appealing. Instead, it makes the society detest and distrust you and sooner or later, the backstabbers will just be witout true friends who actually care.. "
